The Data-driven Transformation team designs data-based transformation and digitization processes for cities, public institutions, and commercial enterprises. The focus is on evidence-based strategies, digital innovations, and scientific support for technological implementation processes that sustainably strengthen the future viability of urban spaces.

The team develops robust decision-making bases for the planning and introduction of urban technology systems – from smart city technologies and IoT infrastructures to mobility solutions – thereby creating the basis for the development of scalable technological ecosystems.

In addition, the team supports municipalities, companies, and institutions with foresight processes, digitization strategies, and technology assessments to help them align themselves strategically, proactively, and adaptively.
