Raising employee performance – enhancing employer appeal

Companies and public institutions can raise their employees’ productivity and satisfaction if for example they

  • provide a comfortable and ergonomic workplace design,
  • harness modern information technologies that support mobile and flexible ways of working, which in turn allows them to
  • explore new ways of helping employees achieve a work-life balance.

Fraunhofer IAO has already spent years thoroughly investigating the conditions and requirements needed to enhance employee performance, motivation and well-being. We

  • collaborate with partners from science and industry to research how spatial technology infrastructures and office design can have a positive impact on work performance,
  • pinpoint where our customers could improve their office set-up,
  • develop tailored, flexible work concepts, and
  • supply transparent, participatory change processes that ensure widespread acceptance and identification.

Interested in crafting ideal working conditions to raise productivity and employee loyalty? We can help you there!
