The Software Management Competence Center supports its customers in the conceptual development, selection and implementation of company software. This includes not only the areas of document and workflow management, customer relationship management systems and enterprise resource planning systems, but also the development and setup of individual solutions, based on a completely independent choice of manufacturer or product. Experienced staff of the Fraunhofer IAO accompany customers from the initial analyses of requirements to the start of operations.
